How to use igram.ly

Create a short link

For everyone · free
  1. Open your Dashboard and keep the Short link tab selected.
  2. Paste your long destination URL into the box.
  3. Optionally add a title so you remember what it is later.
  4. Hit Create link. Your short igram.ly/… link appears in the list below, ready to copy.

Tip: every short link gets a free QR code — tap QR on the link to download it for posters or slides.

Build a bio page

For creators putting one link in their profile
  1. In the dashboard, switch to the Bio page tab.
  2. Give the page a title (your name or handle).
  3. Write your bio text — the description Instagram's 150-character limit won't fit.
  4. Add each link with a title and URL. Use + add another link for more.
  5. Hit Create bio page, then put the single igram.ly/u/… link in your Instagram, TikTok or X bio.

Add a profile image

For everyone · free
  1. While creating or editing a bio page, tap Upload photo and pick an image — it's automatically resized for you.
  2. Prefer a hosted image? Paste a direct image URL instead.
  3. The image shows as a round avatar at the top of your page. No image? You get a clean coloured initial instead.

Need a hosted image URL? Upload to a free image host and copy the direct image link (it should open the image by itself in a browser).

Edit a bio page

For everyone · free
  1. In your dashboard list, find the bio page and tap Edit.
  2. Change the title, bio text, profile image, or any link.
  3. Add or remove links with + add another link or the × button.
  4. Tap Save changes. The URL and your click history stay exactly the same — only the content updates.

Because editing keeps the same link, you never have to update your Instagram bio again — just change what's behind it here.

Read your stats

For everyone · free, with full history
  1. Tap Stats on any link or bio page.
  2. See total clicks, a 30-day trend line, and breakdowns by platform (Instagram, X, TikTok…), country, city, and device.
  3. Nothing expires — your history stays complete, unlike free tiers that cut off after 7 days.

"Direct" in your platform breakdown means the click came with no referrer — usually WhatsApp, a messaging app, or a link-preview bot.

Export to CSV PRO

For power users who want the raw data
  1. On any link, tap the CSV button (visible on Pro accounts).
  2. A spreadsheet file downloads with one row per click: date, platform, country, city, device, and referrer.
  3. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or feed it into your own analysis.

Pick a custom name PRO

For a memorable bio link
  1. On Pro, a Custom name box appears when you build a bio page.
  2. Type the name you want — 3–30 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, - or _.
  3. Your page lives at igram.ly/u/yourname instead of a random one — much easier to say and share.
